Talent & Marketing Manager

Hi, I’m Michela and I am from Italy. As a child, my dream was to become a ballerina and learn a lot of languages, so I went to University to study English, French, Spanish and Japanese! I began working at Monkey Puzzle Highbury in 2018 as soon as I moved to London. I studied for my Level 3 Childcare qualification and became a Deputy Room Leader in the Toddler room.

In April 2021, I moved back home for a couple of months, and I then came back to pursue a different career and get more knowledge in the human resources world. I was then offered the opportunity to move back to my Monkey Puzzle Family as a Talent & Marketing Manager, and I am now supporting the 5 nurseries in our network working on recruitment and social media as Talent & Marketing Manager.

In my spare time, I really enjoy reading, dancing and exercising. I also love to spend quality time with my friends and go on day trips any time the weather allows!!

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator
• Over 5 years’ experience in childcare
• Master’s Degree in Language studies
• Previous experience as Nursery Practitioner and Deputy Room Leader
• Safer Recruitment training
