Once again, all the rooms created a spooky environment to celebrate “HALLOWEEN” at Melody Lane. From funny dances, to art and crafts or some cooking activities, every single room had a blast celebrating this American tradition.

Our “little caterpillars” put their chef hats on to create pumpkin oat cookies, developing their senses as the same time that fine motor skills.

Next door, the “ busy butterflies”  had a great time creating funny ghost and other creatures with natural resources, developing their fine motor skills to stick the leaves. They also joined in some free drawing with different resources.

The “terrific toddlers” translated the fun to the garden, joining in little experiments and potions, as well as playing games in the soft play. They also reused the seeds to create a wonderful mathematic invitation with pumpkin seeds.

The “spooky preschoolers” invited their friends across the rooms to join in a small parade and create pumpkin soup and magical potions in the room. They also have a great time making art and crafts and practising their fine motor skills by using scissors and tracing around the spider to represent them.

We finalised the event with a pumpkin competition involving our community of parents to choose the best decorated pumpkin for the season 2023.
